We will remain by your side throughout your labor and birth, assist you with our gentle touch and encouraging words. We are trained in non-medicated comfort measures, like relaxation, breathing techniques, the use of heat and cold, water and aroma therapy, effluerage, and positioning to ease the pangs of labor, encourage and support you and your partner as you become parents, be it for the first time, or the fifth.
